Manage Leads & Customers
Leads, pipelines, follow-ups, quotes and customer records in one place.
When a new enquiry arrives, assign it, schedule a follow-up and see exactly where it sits.
Custom software · Automation · SEO
Bring customers, jobs, bookings, payments and everyday work into one place, so less gets missed and your team spends less time chasing information.
The goal isn’t more software. It’s fewer workarounds.
What we build
Four kinds of system, each built around how your business already runs. Most projects start with one and grow into the next.
Leads, pipelines, follow-ups, quotes and customer records in one place.
When a new enquiry arrives, assign it, schedule a follow-up and see exactly where it sits.
Scheduling, staff, jobs, quotes, invoices and the daily workflow. Suits trades, maintenance, cleaning and property services.
Book a job to an engineer, send the quote, and mark it invoiced without re-typing the address anywhere.
Dashboards, booking systems and account areas so customers or staff can serve themselves.
A customer signs in to check their booking and download an invoice, instead of phoning to ask.
Connect the tools you already use and automate admin, follow-ups, payments, data entry and AI-assisted steps where they genuinely fit.
A paid invoice updates the job, files the record and sends the receipt, with nobody copying anything across.

How it works
Most worries about custom software are about cost, control and what happens afterwards. The process is built around those.
We map how the work happens today: where a job starts, who touches it, and where people chase or re-type information.
So you never think“I don’t have a technical specification.”
We agree what is being built and what it costs, in writing, before any development starts.
So you never think“I don’t know what this will cost.”
Development happens in agreed stages, so the system arrives in pieces you can look at rather than one delivery at the end.
So you never think“I’m paying blind until the end.”
We test the real workflows, deploy, and hand over with the documentation your team needs.
So you never think“I’ll be left alone with software I don’t understand.”
Also offered
The same attention goes into being found. We also take on SEO work, including for the sites we build and the ones we are asked to fix.
Budget
A process fix, an integration and a new system are different pieces of work. We establish which one you need before quoting.
It depends on what the system has to do, what it connects to, and how much existing data has to move across. A small internal tool and a system several teams depend on are different pieces of work. We agree the scope and a fixed price before development starts, so the number is settled before you commit.
We scope that with you rather than quoting a standard number, because the honest answer depends on how many workflows and user roles the system covers. Work is delivered in agreed stages, so you see it taking shape rather than waiting for one delivery at the end.
That is the normal starting point, and you do not need a technical specification. On the first call we walk through a real task: where it starts, who touches it, and where people chase information or type the same thing twice. That conversation is usually enough to tell whether software is the answer at all.
Your business and customer data is yours. Hosting and ongoing support run on terms we agree in writing, so you know what is covered before launch. Access to the source code depends on the project agreement, and a full handover of the code can be agreed separately where that is the right fit.
Usually, yes, and that is often the cheaper answer. Accounting, payments, calendars and email can be connected rather than replaced. Part of the first call is working out what should stay exactly as it is.
If an existing tool solves it properly, we’ll say so. The point is fixing the problem, not selling a build.
