L&D Ledger

The system we run our own EPC business on, from first enquiry through to the money landing.

The problem: Enquiries, appointments, customer records and the finances lived in different places. Every job meant entering the same details more than once, and the only way to see how the business was doing was to add it up by hand.
What we built: A desktop application with a job pipeline that runs lead to job to appointment to paid, a customer directory, a calendar that catches double bookings, and a finance side covering mileage, VAT and a running tax estimate.
What changed: One record per customer, entered once and reused at every stage

Customer & sales workspace

A working CRM you can sign into and click through, built to show how enquiries become tracked, owned work.

The problem: Most small teams lose enquiries in an inbox. Nobody owns the follow-up, and nobody can see what happened last time the customer got in touch.
What we built: A demo workspace with a searchable lead list, owner assignment, follow-up scheduling, and the full history of every conversation attached to the customer.
What changed: Every enquiry has a visible owner and a next step
